LifeStyle Interior Redesigns and Home Staging is now under the umbrella of Solutions on 7th. We continue to provide a full range of services including home staging consultaions, vacant and occupied home staging services as well as interior redesign, space planning and color consultations. We are very excited about our newest addition to our services. On July 1st we had our grand opening of our a 5000sq. foot home staging showroom and resale store in downtown San Diego @ 1040 7th Ave, SD, CA 92101. Our showroom is staged so realtors and sellers can visit and visualize what their home will look like when it is “staged to sell”. We also sell furniture/art and accessory items, below retail, from model home closeouts and home staging jobs. You will find a wide range of merchandise, in every price range. We also accept consignments from stagers inventory and builders model home closeouts. We are very excited to get the word out and have you visit our showroom and store. I currently live in San Diego, I have sucessfully showcased and home managed several estates in the Malibu area through Image Homes of Malibu back in 2000. I am now single and an empty nester.I built, owned and resided in my own estate in Malibu from 1987-1998. I have a storage unit in Carlsbad with approximately 6-7 rooms of beautiful like new estate furniture made up of Italian and French furniture of 3 different periods along with a few rooms of high end traditional style furniture that mixes or blends well with the more formal furnishings.I also have acessories and 3 beautiful Chinese room size rugs.I am interested at this time in showcasing and home managing a moderate to high end home or estate.I do not have pets, non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol and non partier.
