Maureen Reddy, owner of DaVinci Designer Gallery, is fervent about getting the message of “home staging importance” out to realtors and sellers.
Stager, Maureen Reddy, is trying to educate realtors and sellers on this necessary tool by sending out staging statistics e-mails, industry news. In today’s market, where buyers are looking for the perfect property in their price range and sellers need to close the deal, the obvious plan of action is to stage the property. Staging sells a property quicker and for more money.

Boston Sunday Globe Magazine (9/20/09 ) included several of Reddy’s tips in the article “10 Steps to Take before you Sell” written by Elizabeth Gehrman. Reddy suggested that sellers use a professional home stager, at least, for a recommendation report. She also reminded sellers to address the exterior of the home and to take professional photographs of the property looking its very best.
Industry magazine “Bay State Realtor” (August-September) also cited Reddy, which highlighted the advantages of hiring a professional stager to create visual appeal and turn design into dollars.
