Erica enhanced this passion by becoming a certified master
interior redesigner and real estate stager, receiving those
credentials from Interior Arrangements, Inc. (IAI). She is a
member of the international organization Interior Redesign
Industry Specialists (IRIS), whose members are regularly
featured on HGTV’s Decorating Cents.
This passion is delivered in every home she transforms and
her work is award winning. She was awarded “Best Staged
Room” by IRIS in 2007, “Best Living Room Design” by IAI in
2007 and “Best Accessorizing” by IAI in 2007. She has also
been featured on Channel 9 News in 2007 for a segment on
staging.
Erica’s specialty is accessorizing. This is the finishing
layer in the redesign and staging process. She prefers to
accessorize with the unexpected for greater impact in a
room. Tips for inexpensive, unexpected decorating to update
your decor:
